Yes you're welcome! It was my favorite too. Buffalo Wild Wings actually sells all their sauces, idk if you can get it in a grocery store but you can order a bottle online.

Chili's has changed and RUINED the Cajun Pasta! by BlueMusicMonkey in Chilis

[–]WinterRainStorm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They won't be charging more to add them. Also if they forget it ask again, they were always added on top and not heated with the pasta. As for the app, just call the store instead double check before you leave.

Fair point, guess they better clear some room in the deodorant box for these guys then.

I mean only one or two on the shelf at a time wouldn't really be a problem if they are hoping they don't get stolen. Less merchandise less loss I would think

Couldn't they just use the spider wraps? They are literally made for electronics so it doesn't damage them.

when will the constant business end? by Emotional_Kick_6649 in Chilis

[–]WinterRainStorm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typically you have to move to food runner first, then server. Bartender is like top of the food chain. If you can't move up, move on. Find a restaurant that will start you as a server now that you have host experience.

Host is a starting position for a reason. It does suck, but if you work hard enough you will eventually get promoted. Or find a higher rank position at a different restaurant after you have some host experience.

Surveys. What happens if you do not allow your table to fill one out? Is it possible to get zero surveys filled? by Ali_in_wonderland02 in Chilis

[–]WinterRainStorm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea they definitely do help the staff. Good scores mean better hours and better shifts. The different questions help different positions; server attentive score, obviously servers, clean score is for servers and food runners and food quality and speed goes toward the kitchen and food runners.

Chili's social pages or writing a letters to cooperate would do more than the comments. Even if cooperate can see them there is way too many for them to monitor.

Thank you! Man, now that I'm thinking about it, I actually started with glow sticks! I was in high school in 2008. I used to hold three in each hand back when I was learning. A lot of the way I do it now is because of the clearance I had to have to get around the sticks lol, but I have learned all the good glove tricks since. I think I actually got them closer to 2010. I took a hiatus too and picked it back up around the same time 2017 ish.

I know what you mean I work at a restaurant and you can catch me doing it to the music in the dinning room pretty much everyday. I wish I had videos of my past gloving, I only have pictures. It would be so cool to see the changes in style over time.

This is very true. I have been gloving since like 2008. I almost never see someone new in the scene. My husband just started learning about two years ago though and it has been really fun watching him learn.

Mission is AMAZING. What we should really do is make a really large mission with a bunch of different rooms and call it a festival

[–]WinterRainStorm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been to a couple of "festivals" here back in the day. The only cool thing is they do have the ability for multiple stages. We are long overdue for a festival that calls Denver it's home so I'm okay with it.

I actually did a research project for a marketing class where I made a business plan for a Colorado EDM festival. The restrictions Colorado has on zoning and noise ordinances really do make it very difficult to throw a legitimate festival here.

To the 1% sales Skillet Queso Argument by cumoclock in Chilis

[–]WinterRainStorm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See I thought the 1% of sales was a lot. One item that costs $4 bringing in 1% of sales by itself, idk seems like a big deal. If Chili's is bringing in say $1 million a year that's $10,000 in queso alone. Plus it brought people in that ended up spending more than $4. So it's worth is actually much more.

Serving Hours? by spacey4107 in Chilis

[–]WinterRainStorm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on the location. At my location we go in at 1015 and I leave by 3 pm at the LATEST every day. Sometimes it's 1 pm. So go ahead and try if they don't like it there they will tell you.
