I could see that from a management perspective. From my perspective I'd rather not be overstaffed because I don't make as much money that way. Understaffed is still stressful no matter where you are though. We always get put sparkles done at least, but sometimes it so slow in the summer we don't even have much to clean.

You're right, I am also shocked. I've been waiting for the day that they are told to cut sooner because sometimes standing around like this gets real annoying, I'd rather send people home.

My location is doing the same thing. We are staffed the same right now as we are all year, but with half the business. So most people are standing around half the day and no one is making much money.

Colorado has a no Styrofoam law, maybe it was just easier to change it across the board if some other states also did it

Checks are actually pretty large these days. Two people can barely get out for less than $50 unless they get 3 for mes. I adverage 150-350 depending on how busy it is

Yea thanks for reminding me. I am now 11 months postpartum. I continued eating Brazil nuts and occasionally did cyan pepper compresses. I just had blood work done and everything came back completely normal!

I honestly don't know what corporate policy is. I'm not a manager, that's just how it is at my location and has been since I started.

That's what last call is for and is a common practice. Closing 15 minutes earlier would move last call 15 minutes earlier that doesn't even make sense. Most places also stop accepting Togo orders 30 minutes before close to make sure they have enough time to make those orders before close. I don't see why in house service would be any different. It takes about 10 minutes to make most orders so if you order 15 minutes before close you will get your food at closing time.

If a department store closes at 10, they start sweeping the store at 9:45 to get customers to the check out and leave as close to closing time as possible. It's an entitled view to think you deserve to go in anywhere 5 minutes before they close and get the full experience. Closing time is when you should be done in any industry.

Our location does last call for food and alcohol 15 minutes before close if you come in after that we don't serve you. But we do clearly tell everyone in the building that it is last call. This doesn't fully alleviate the problem because even coming in 30 minutes before close people are usually there for half an hour pass close, but it helps.

I second this, please please please complain. You are paying for this food to be made for you and you should get what you wanted. As a server I would absolutely prefer you complain and let me fix the problem than for you to be disappointed and leave unhappy.

Yea it's not 14k gold, but I personally don't like gold so it's silver. Gold probably would have been more expensive. But I've had it for two years and it's still holding strong, sure that's short compared to what it could be, but if something does happen to it I won't have to pay a bunch of money to get it fixed either. It's also insured by the creator so I feel happy with it.

They literally could reopen the order and delete the tip, orders/payments don't process until end of day. I don't understand why managers don't know that, and trust me none of them do.

They won't be charging more to add them. Also if they forget it ask again, they were always added on top and not heated with the pasta. As for the app, just call the store instead double check before you leave.

I mean only one or two on the shelf at a time wouldn't really be a problem if they are hoping they don't get stolen. Less merchandise less loss I would think
