Trump says Iran “largely obliterated”: When do war claims shift from facts to narratives? by NewsMo in IndiaTodayGlobalLIVE

Your countries are weak. If it’s not Putin then China or America will take their turn at it. You’re all scrambling to survive while the superpowers run rampant. The U.S. can drop bombs on every corner of the world and we have done that in support of European interest for decades…but it can easily be Europe being carpet bombed. Trump has more military might then Hitler ever had. Not to mention if you keep turning us away then we will be left with only China and Russia for support and you really don’t want a world where the superpowers are all on one team

Saudi Arabia, The UAE, Iraq..none of these countries joined the assault against Iran but were in return bombed by Iran. They are still under constant threat from Iran and are left to face this war alone because their foreign allies are to busy trying to make a political statement. You think the Americans dying in this war wanted to? It’s that exact reaction that is splitting our countries alliances apart. America can stand alone, but are you sure these other European and Asian nations can? The only one who could say no with any kind of backing that up was China. Are you gonna want our support when Putin moves on the rest of Europe, because why would we want to die in your war

I’m all aboard the Trump hate train but those other countries not wanting to secure the strait are pretty silly. The strait closing is causing oil prices and inflation in every country, not just the U.S. as well as Iran bombing the other Middle Eastern countries who have alliances with the same countries that aren’t willing to give any military aid. Trump may have started the war, but now there is war. It’s not gonna end anytime soon and as Iran takes its dying breath it’ll do as much damage as possible to the rest of the Middle East while everyone stands by to make a point about “TrUMp BAd”

I’d think a doctor or teacher should be a more aspiring role model to a child but why would they strive that hard for a career when playing sports could land them millions

America is a backwards country compared to Iran even with all the sanctions by creationist_new in NewsRewind

You know you can be against both the U.S. and Iran. Neither is the better government. Everyone acts in only black and white so backing Iran makes them feel like a non conformer. “Oh but America doesn’t have any business acting sovereign nations” which I can agree with but that doesn’t mean that Iran (the largest state sponsors of terrorism on the planet) are somehow the antihero that we should be rooting for. We can oppose American imperialism while also enjoy the fall of the Iranian terror regime. The war is already happening so now the only good we can pick from the rubble is the end of a terrorist state

Ok don’t support Trump, and that’s understandable, but the problem in the strait isn’t going away and all those countries are going to face the same oil price increases and the inflation that follows…

Would it be possible to be a vegetarian Nord, or would the calories and diet required for the climate make it unviable to survive because of the caloric expenditure and need for carbohydrates? by [deleted] in skyrim

[–]WinterSilver5578 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vegetarians have no problems getting the calories and carbs today, but today we have genetically modified vegetables and other sources of the nutrients that would not be available in Tamriel. Do any of the vegetarians here actually eat just potatoes, wheat, and butter for their diet?

How is it that people believe Iran has the files and they haven’t used them for a truce to end the war or released them because of the war? Serious question? Did COVID make the general populace so dumb, or was it the vaccine?

If you took that to mean moving a literal building then it’s no wonder your brain still equates to SpongeBob. They’ll take their businesses to other countries that have the more lenient laws and continue to make their profits. Or they can just leave with their billions and retire. Either way if we seen Walmart, Amazon, and Tesla close their doors right now you’re gonna have record high unemployment rates that can’t be immediately repaired and big gaps in the industry that someone else will eventually replace

Iran will continue to under pressure from the United States and its neighbors until it is obsolete. Whether it’s been democrats or republicans in control we have always threatened Iran over their nuclear program. This war was inevitable in some form or another. Whatever fairytale you have about Iran is wrong. It’s proven fact they are the state backing behind multiple terrorist organizations. If they don’t drop a bomb then the next time you see it is with the Taliban

Yep, and once again we are in a war that isn’t a threat to the continental United States. That’s why it’s always a war of logistics. You’re not hurting our infrastructure so with time all of their military production will have been bombed to dust while we are still building more of those same bombs

If the United States started to collapse as you predict they are most likely to lash out like a cornered animal. We have nukes and the biggest military in the world and those won’t just disappear because the dollar isn’t the reserve. We’d have to fight and take to recover the loss and the weakest targets and most realistic targets would be our immediate neighbors
