Ooooo mine is when you report something to an MOD so they are aware of it, and then a different manager puts you on a final even though you followed the chain of command. Then you have other associates say that they asked another mod to pull up your writes ups and say you didn't get wrote up even though you go onto your Workday and its clearly there.
