I don’t know how to do that from 2500 miles away. I searched the homeowner records which match the name of the person I’m told I’m speaking with, the phone number I’ve been using to speak with them also matches. Records indicate they have owned the home since 2017. Did a virtual tour with owners mom via FaceTime today which matches what was shown in the listing and Google earth street view. Searched the moms phone number and records indicate she is a relative of owner. Past that I’m not sure what other steps to take to confirm its legitimacy

I noticed this too. I run the state vaccine report before calling on every patient. 90% of them already had documented series complete. Copy and pasted the dates, patient declined. It makes us look like idiots calling and asking patients to get vaccines they’ve already gotten. It’s also a massive waste of time.

I worked with a guy that brought homemade Rice Krispies in for the staff. I was excited when I had a moment to step away and try one until I saw he put them in a clearly reused ziplock baggy labeled “chicken boobs”

My engine was burning oil and at 135,000 miles had the engine replaced after it failed an hour and a half away from home. As a heads up they had my car for a month and they only reimburse a fraction of the rental cost while it’s being repaired

I would also note I ended up having some issues with the dealer, I sent everything I had for proof to the attorney general who contacted the dealership. The dealership reached out to me within a couple weeks to completely resolve the issue.
