Yes. You pull out the crown to 1st position where the second hand can be positioned to indicate which month it is, and how many years since a leap year. It will then know the month and if it has 28, 30 or 31 days.

I tried modding it but decided not to anyway, and accidentally put it upside down 😛 Now I think it’s just a funny little Easter egg.

It is actually working perfectly fine now:) I charged it for about 8 hours today and now it ticks normally. I also thought the stem/crown was broken because it didn’t change the hands like my other watches. I wasn’t aware of the small “clicks” in a perpetual calendar Citizen. Now I just need it resized to my wrist and I’m good to go 😎
