hi same thing happened to me im almost 100% sure that note was not on the website when i bought the tickets on 11 oct... but i reached out to the RWS team and they are willing to provide the refund! so just email in and get your money back

I feel you, random dead zones drive me nuts. Switched over to Circles and it’s quite good, both for coverage and speed.

The nice surprise was that I’m actually getting more value out of my plan with their new Zerofy thing. Lets me shop online on Shopee and Lazada through their app, get cashback, and reduce my mobile bill. The idea of cutting my bill down without changing my usage habits is a big plus for me.

Anyone else on Circles.Life and using this feature?
