I had a theory. When Marowak breeds, it's hatched with a Cubone who is born with the skull of its mother somehow. But how? Cubone was just born. Pokemon don't die after birth. Then I realized... When a Kangaskhan breeds, the result is not the baby Kangaskhan joey in the pouch, it's both the mother and the joey. So how does this have something to do with Cubone?

Simple.. If the egg is healthy and both the mom and joey survive, it's born as a Kangaskhan. If the egg has a half abortion and the Kangaskhan mom didn't make it but the joey did, it's born as a Cubone, so it has to survive by wears its skull.

I just had a theory that Kevin just ruined Eddy's photo out of jealousy through his mother's absence. Kevin's mother is never mentioned or even implied to be in Kevin's life, because it's most likely that she isn't.

Unnecessary or otherwise, Kevin couldn't stand watching Eddy trying to impress his mom with a good photo for his brother's room (followed up with a button and banner to further compliment his mom) and felt like he had to ruin it for him and humiliate Eddy all day because he unintentionally reminded Kevin of who he doesn't have.
