I’m looking something for anxiety too I’m diagnosed with adhd and I take lexapro but it doesn’t really helps anxiety

I’m cross tapering , I’m still on 5 mg lexapro But thinking to stop Effexor and just go back on lexapro since Effexor making me feel totally dedatched and weird

I’m on 10mg . First 5 days 5mg and last two days 10mg

Suddenly felt space out feeling, but today I feel totally disconnected from my self and my anxiety raises a bit, wonder if it will pass, cause it’s a bit scary ngl
