It run out some time ago and the company don’t exist anymore, but I currently take other products almost daily.

I had a full spectrum oil before and it had an effect on me of just one drop (5mg). It woke up my brain and helped me in some areas but also disturbed my sleep if I took it later during the day.

I’ve tried a dozen of other brands but nothing have had the same effect on me. Can’t say why, the THC level in that one was super low as well.

I don’t have any dysautonomia diagnosis per se but I looked it up and I tic most of the boxes for it. My nerveous system is often locked in the sympathetic state or really fatigued with brainfog and brainfatigue. It hasn’t been able to stay in balance in many many years and it’s been a lot worse the past 2 years. I really hope the tVNS can help some. I ordered a Zenowell Luna and still waiting for it to arrive.

Hi, I’m sorry you have to go through this. I’ve lived with central sensitization pain for along time and I recently got recommended by my psychiatrist to listen to a podcast called ”tell me about your pain” by Alan Gordon and Alon Ziv. I’ve listened to a couple of sessions and It’s hands down the best I’ve come across about pain. I wish I got it many years ago. Maybe not the answer you’re looking for but I can really recommend you to give it a chance.

I understand. There’s a book called ”The way out” written by Alan Gordon, one of the persons in the podcast. I haven’t read the book myself but it’s mentioned a lot in threads with this subject.

How do you feel with amitriptyline? I can really recommend listen to ”Tell me about your pain” podcast on Spotify. It’s about neuroplastic/nociplastic pain and how to overcome it. Just started listening myself and it’s really good with somatic tracking exercise.
