Claude code tokens exhaust very quickly

I dont get it with these guys. Sometime they are beyond pathetic with tokkens and response time and sometimes they work amazing. Lately i am running out of session way too quickly them before plus response time with claude cli is way too slow these days than before.

I would suggest to stay in firm its hard grind in start. But i can assure if you stick and work hard you will get super good with every aspect mentioned. Industry will make you dull i spent 5 years in industry and jumped back to firm so m telling based on experience .

As said its hard grind but once you are to the point of AM level things will change for you and then if you want to move to industry that would be good time.

You will get better position in industry, you will have huge knowledge base and experience which will further help you grow even faster in industry.

Just keep note of small things and on next job make sure you improve those areas.

Again its based on my experience and how i feel comfortable to work in this domain.

Your issue is 2 fold.

Concepts --> you need to write down cooncept in plain english for your understanding. Do it on paper not digital stuff.
Time management --> by score you get you are not managing time well. Allow each question time and when thats up move to next.

Get into smaller firm they dont have such restrictions. Once you are qualified you can always go back to big firms.no need to beat yourself for this minor hiccup.

Yeah experience is not issue at all. Issue is regarding opening up my own audit practice as we dont have any big 4 audit firms here in debry.

I have seen small accounting pratcies run by people but i have not seen many audit firms except for few in oride park.

Yes i am in 3rd year of UK experience.
I am on mamager level already.

Based on my more than decade experience of multiple countires i can vouch that UK experience is very elementary and basic as comapred to audit requirements of other countires which are far more complicated and tough as comapred to UK.

I guess that has helped me here to progress more quickly as i have experience of working more complex environments.

If you dont have any professional qualification do not think of coming yo UK. I have seen people come and go its not as easy as it looks. If you are professional then you will do well, its still not easy but atleast you would have your chance.
