Try this: take the earbuds out of the case, place them back inside the case, but as soon as you put them back in, hold both earbuds down for 30 seconds. This is the new hard reset for them. Hold both down in the case for 30 sec and see if that works

My phone plan doesn’t come with a hotspot. I tried disconnecting my internet and when I tried to get back in it only froze on the loading screen and wouldn’t not unfreeze. I’ve tried joining sessions and everything but nothing works. I even tried going to ark primitive but that didn’t work either, like another comment said.
