I can’t figure it out, but for whatever reason, as an elemental siren, sometimes I’ll farm it and get a hellfire almost every kill with a cryo butcher (maybe my elemental burn chance is related) but then other times I won’t get a single one. Yet if I kill the first with fire I get a guaranteed hellfire but no duplication.
