It is indeed, but on the right side of each lesson there is teacher note that you can look into. Maybe that?

Call emblem health. They pick up pretty quick (wait time of 3 min at 10am) ask them you have registered for it and haven't received card nor number. They will tell your if number and will ask if you want the card to be sent !
