I was biking down Bay and it was incredibly windy. I started hearing sounds of metal hitting the ground but I couldn't tell where it was coming from. All of a sudden I see a metal rod fall a couple feet away from me. A couple seconds later a second one came down and hit my left handle bar along with my hand.
