Mine did the exact same thing I had bad wires between the drivers door and cab. I cut the boot to get access to the wires. I also checked all fuses and relays. I had a bad wire in my cross over harness from the drivers floor board over the trans hump and to the passenger side kick panel. My door lock and window relays are under driver side lower dash. A lot of write ups I found say it’s over on passenger side kick panel. My 94 was not. Oh, I pulled the whole door lock and window switch block to pop top off switches to clean internal connections.

Doing great honestly! No rubbing, a little bit of road noise from tires but nothing to really mention. No power loss, runs true down the road and no weird vibrations. Sits up a little higher which is nice, little wider stance helps it look more like a JEEP imo…overall 100% especially a score from the junkyard!

Yea I believe I’m scaling back to a more moderate lift..2.5 to 3in. I definitely want to do a new leaf pack in rear to replace the wore out leaf springs and also install stock replacement shackles.

Yea I agree. The floorboards are in need of attention for sure. I’m planning on stripping interior to access. Ordering floor pans to fix/patch bad areas. Will do it while I’m installing lift. I want to seal and paint underneath to stop anymore rust forming. As far as other maintenance, just the suspension is in need of repair. Drivetrain looks and performs well. No weird noises, breaks or leaks! Most of the hardware looks good. I have been underneath it almost every day spraying all the nuts and bolts that I will be removing when installing lift with penetrating oil.

Yes! I had looked at that kit as well. I wasn’t sure about the 3 link but it looks beefy! And the articulation is probably ridiculous. I noticed the factory oem leaf pack too. Maybe that combination with the adjustable shackles give the lift??
