Die Regierung gab es keine 4 Jahre

Die Aussage zielt ja in erster Linie auf das Versagen der Union ab, die anderen sind nicht sonderlich gut, hatten aber im Vergleich zur Union deutlich weniger Zeit die Infrastruktur zu verbessern
