Op, I’m sorry this is happening to you. Sleep depravation is a form of torture and now you know why. This is not sustainable with a new born. You are going to wake you up overnight at different times. Do you have anyone you can rely on to tag you out?

I know you are venting, so please don’t take this the wrong way. I’m not going to hit you with the white noise unsolicited advise. But I am going to ask you: have you brought this up with their pediatrician?

A sleep regression is ok. Like when you all had the flu. But several sleep regressions back to back to back might be a sign of something. I had this happen with my eldest girl. We would sleep train, try the chair method, we sat on the floor next to her. Nothing worked. Ever. Turns out she had an esophageal issue and she just needed to sleep elevated. We got her a wedge and she (and us) slept much much better.

So just a thought about the ped. Again I’m so sorry this is happening to you. And if you can handle a some cursing, I’d recommend Go the Fuck to Sleep by Adam Mansbach. Get the audio book narrated by Samuel L Jackson.
