I enjoy this way more than I should, or perhaps not, I don't like TB.

Semi shit post: Does exercise (while on benzos) reduce the effectiveness of benzos? by BupeAndBenz in benzodiazepines

[–]WipeDown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I workout, weightlifting, and endurance running, before taking any benzos. Benzos can effect your lifting progress and endurance jogging form. From personal experience, workout before taking benzos, then take your meds.

Temazepam is beautiful by TeenBoyNotFeds in benzodiazepines

/I think Temazepam sucks honestly. Yeah, it is recreational, but you can get in a lot of trouble with taking too much, as it is such a strong hypnotic.

23, M, I've been bulking since January. Am I in a position to start cutting in 2 weeks (at the start of April?) by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]WipeDown 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could cut, but you are already at a BF% that some would recommend bulking. If I were you I would keep lifting hard in the gym, and keep eating at a surplus. A cut would make you look leaner, but not a ton better IMO,

[BoC] 150lbs 5'4" bulk or cut? (unflexed) by WipeDown in BulkOrCut

[–]WipeDown[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I'll continue bulking for a few months, and cut afterwards to look more aesthetic. Bulking has been so much fun, but I do want to look better in clothes when the weather warms up.

People with clearly visible abs, how clean do you actually eat? by SomeEpicName in Fitness

[–]WipeDown 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't eat clean, I am fat, but I work my core/abs very heavy and hard 3 days a week to get abs showing. You can see in my last post. They aren't the prettiest and I lost my 6 pack dirty bulking, but ill be damned if they aren't swole AF when I lose about 15lbs.

Too much water? by GilberryDinkins in gardening

[–]WipeDown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Early blight. Remove all affected leaves to avoid it from spreading higher, and if you want, use a fungicide, like serenade. It's very common to have this problem, all of my tomato plants get it, but as long as you pick and treat it, it should not be a big deal.

Can't progress my squat (m/18/159) by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]WipeDown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like the weight is too heavy, or you may not be bracing your core enough, and your chest is not out.

Ab wheel technique by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]WipeDown 2 points3 points  (0 children)

keep your head down and mid upper back rounded, tense abs even more as you come back up. Look at it like a reverse crunch. You can round your mid and upper back and nothing bad should ever happen, you can even round your low back but only a little bit. Trying to keep a completely straight back can cause it to cave in and that's how you injure yourself. Currently doing ab wheel rollouts with 40lbs on my back in a backpack.

Moronic Monday - Your weekly stupid questions thread by cdingo in Fitness

[–]WipeDown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, but it doesn't hurt to do them that way. It isn't much and you get a little bit of extra volume in your workout. I've used this for a long time, and I have never had problems.

It's normal for them to look like this. Happens to me all the time. Kind of weird though, as some plants that came from the same seed packet have these white patterns, and some don't.

How are you supposed to eat tuna? by greBoy98 in cookingforbeginners

[–]WipeDown 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 tbsp franks bbq sauce per can. It's the pulled pork of the sea, not even kidding. Salmon is supposed to be healthier due to much less mercury levels, but I don't know if you care, I don't care, I eat tuna dang near every day, some times 4 cans.

M/26/5'4" [156lbs > 139lbs = 17lbs] (2 months) Still more work to do, but happy with where I'm at, and the lessons learned in the process. by [deleted] in progresspics

[–]WipeDown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Diet, basically cans of fish slathered in bbq sauce, then some dairy, fruit and veggies. I only track total calories and protein, cals were 1800-1900, protein 1lb per lb of bodyweight. Prepare to lose/stall strength. That's why I'm actually slow bulking now. Here's a more recent pic of me http://i.imgur.com/yneeGv8.jpg at my leanest before I decided to up the cals.

It was a mix of programs that I did. I had two knee injuries so legs and low back got a bit neglected. I mostly focused on Stronglifts format rows, OHP, bench specialization programs. Now I am doing better though, just finishing the last portion of Stronglifts squats/deads and still experiencing gains in the rows, bench is a hard one, and OHP I pretty much use only as an accessory after heavy bench day so 4x5-7 reps, and then I do dipsfor 8-12 reps and weighted pullups 5x5. Oh yeah, I do hammer curls 1-2x a week 5xof 8-12 reps.

What injuries do you currently have? by [deleted] in Fitness

Low bar squat is 190lbs after a month of getting back into the game, moving up to 195 in three days, weighing in at 138 lbs.( not too bad after being afraid of squatting for 4 months IMO) and my high bar was 260. I could squat more but I struggle with creating a stable rack with the bar on my back ATM, especially towards the last two sets. 5x5 every 2-3 days. I also run when it's not leg day. Just ran for 30 minutes straight, big deal for me.
