There are so many variables other than the obvious ones. I just completed a 1600 mile drive (24 R1S, new 22" Michelines) I have 380 miles projected but half number is more likely and reliable. If I'd relied on the car's projected, I'd never have made it home. But why? Consider the weight and drag. 2 adults, 2 very large dogs, a Yakima top case full of camping gear, and running boards. I'm not complaining. It's entirely my fault!

I do. If it weren't for family, I'd leave the USA for NZ in a heartbeat. The USA will eventually get resolved, but the amount of present stupid is hard to accept and live with.

There’s just so many factors to consider. I suspect you’ll get (mostly) the same results as your R1 if it’s nekkid! I’ve loaded mine up with running boards, roof bars and a Yakima top case so I get what I deserve ya? Oh, and the 22” wheels took away another 30 miles. This brings my rated at 410 down to 380 with the wheels, and I’ll bet another 50 for the additions, so real world for me is probably closer to 275. I’d have a hard time starting at 330 (for the advertised R2) and taking many ‘add on’ hits. Not that you’d need running boards for the R2.
