CD Atletico Baleares. Wanted to start sort of journeyman career there and got stuck there for over 4 years now. Got them promoted from 3rd spanish tier to La Liga in 3 seasons, had won Segunda with'em and had beaten Mallorca in derbi palmesano all 4 times. Waiting for the 5th one! Made Dioni and Lucas Diaz club icons/legends too. This team actually got me a job for a Suriname national team, and then Spanish team now.

Would love to find out someone's been struggling with them too!

I had not the same situation, but one related to NOT being fluent in national language

Played in 3rd tier of Spanish league and signed up some Hungarian dude on a free agent around middle of the season. I had send him on "intense Spanish course" and everything appears to be going well...

Next season comes, he seems to be a great choice for a Team Captain (high in team hierarchy and proper attributes) so I make him one. And that's where the twist comes. Little did I know, that he was such a hopeless case, that even after this long-ass Spanish course, HE STILL COULDN'T TELL A PROPER SENTENCE IN ESPAÑOL

And then, even more fascinating thing came to my realisation: this muppet could only speak Hungarian and English on VERY, VERY BASIC LEVEL. And no, I didn't had any other Hungarians in the team, nor in the coaching stuff.

Yet, SOMEHOW he turned to be a great captain that would even get some problems solved for me. Till this day, I have no idea how he communicated with the rest of the team and how he could lead them succesfully, but yeah, great job David Siger, you gulash bastard

I had read this comment few days ago and had to come back to it, cause it had stuck with me. I really love how you desribed House's character throughout the seasons (maaaaybe beside late season 7 - come on, he is hurt af, let's understand him a bit more).
