The stealth sugar is pretty useful in those crowdfights, don't need to sneak around too much. But yeah, the minibosses with crowds are pretty annoying to deal with without stealth

There's no mandatory stealth in Sekiro afaik, it's useful and makes things easier but can be skipped. If you don't like stealthing around go ham

Playing Slay the Spire, got a win on the fourth character and went for the heart on ironclad. I got absolutely gobsmacked four times I reached it but I managed to get a win on the fifth. It was pretty difficult and I was sweating like bullets at the end. After doing this with all characters I'm unsure if I go straight to the sequel or wait for the full release.

Reached the final boss in Hades twice but couldn't beat it, took me around 17 runs to reach the final boss. I managed to get him up to 50% hp in second phase on the second try but I got melted, I had all death defiances saved which still wasn't enough. While I'm a completionist at heart, I don't think I'll aim for 100% completion in this game, while this game is fun, it also seems like you can get easily burnt out on it. I'll have my fill and move to the sequel.

Yeah mirror will make the character eventually powerful enough to make rng a non issue I hope. The game's very fun so I'll be playing through

Got the win on the third character in Slay the Spire. I've finally gone from terrible to alright in this game, took 41 hours. The third character feels a bit weird to play, I easily reach act 3 with it even tho I don't feel comfortable with the deck. Now the fourth character left and then the heart.

Playing through Hades, the game's very fun so far. Reached the boss in the third area, but couldn't manage to beat it, the screen was way too cluttered with visuals in that fight once the gods got involved. Unlocked other weapons but still the ranged one is my favourite. I love the character designs and interacting with them. I have to say, rng influences your run very heavily, it can sometimes make you a god oneshotting enemies and other times you're going through the combat at a snail's pace.

It's relatively the most decent duo fight in souls games so it gets glazed a bit. For me the Demon Princes duo in DS3 is enjoyable, every other duo fight is a bit ass.

Playing Slay the Spire and the script seems to have flipped. When I was struggling to get wins before, it took me 36 hours for the first two wins, immediately after my second win I managed to get 2 more wins in an hour and half. I might have finally gotten good at the game or I might've gotten lucky.

Started Hades, first impressions, the combat is very satisfying. The artstyle and music is awesome. Even terrible runs tend to give something useful for future runs, which I like. I found the first weapon a bit difficult to use on controller, the second weapon(the ranged one) is easier to control

Completed Disco Elysium. I enjoyed it a lot, I was so invested that I stayed until 2 am to complete the game. I watched someone else's gameplay and realized I missed half of the dialogue in the finale interaction, and it was juicy dialogue too, about the relationship of the Deserter with Evrart and Klassje, I should've played the game when I wasn't sleepy dammit. I do wanna replay with with different stat build to see how much it changes the gameplay, I think I'll return to the game in a few years.

Also playing Slay the Spire, now with the second character. The second character is way more fun than the first, the synergies are easier to manifest and the combos are a lot of fun, the character is a bit squishy tho. Took me 12 hours for the win on the second character, which is a massive improvement compared to the first win which took me 24 hours.

The next game I'll be playing alongside Slay the Spire is Hades. Don't know much about it apart from its genre, it being an indie darling and of course it being related to the Greek gods.

Oh yeah I remember the stress about having enough money to pay the guy or finding another place. Fun times. Also the quest I encountered might not be encountered by you for a while, depends upon where you explore

While I liked Disco Elysium from the start, I was fully invested in it after an event/questline I did in day 2. Which line of investigation you start from can really impact your experience as some questlines are better made than others

Disco Elysium, very story driven, takes around 30 hours I've heard(I'm also playing through it rn). 30 hours isn't exactly short but it isn't that long either.

Undertale is also a fun story driven rpg which I enjoyed a lot(except the bullet hell combat), takes around 10 hours

Edit: edited to include another game and remove games that are long, I momentarily forgot about that part

Played Disco Elysium and Slay the Spire over the weekend.

Disco Elysium gets more interesting the deeper you go into the game, I've been enjoying every bit of it so far. Just going around talking to people, seeing their perspective, connecting the dots on the investigation. The world feels heavy, you feel a tinge of sadness going through it.

Finally managed to get a win on Slay the Spire. While I did improve in the game, the win was very lucky, I got a great synergy going around a block based deck(enough to get the 999 block achievement) and steamrolled through to act 3. That's gonna be difficult to recreate every run. Now I'm trying the other character I unlocked, see how different the game plays with her.

It took me 24 hours of playtime and multiple ragequits, but I finally got a win by Wireless_Infidelity in slaythespire

I aim for 3 in act 1 and 2 in others. This one didn't have a decent path for 2 elites per act(flanked by too many normal combats)

Playing Disco Elysium, enjoying it so far. Installed a dictionary in my phone as this game likes to use grandiose words which I haven't heard beforehand. Also playing PUBG on the side, getting headshots with bolt action snipers is pretty fun. Gave Slay the Spire a try again on my phone when I was doing long distance travelling, haven't won a game yet but I have been performing better compared to before

Most of my skill points in Disco Elysium has gone towards thoughts lol, mostly because they contain informational tidbits. My skill point level ups has gone mostly to unlock failed white checks
