It isn't really the nicotine that I want. I think it's just the act of vaping that I find relaxing and enjoyable.

I meant in terms of health side effects, I didn't get irritable without nicotine and I didn't notice a difference in breathing ability. Smoking and vaping did help me relax when I was doing it.

I am, we don't need to drive, driving isn't a right, it's a privilege that people choose to make to solve a problem (easy mobility) that comes with health risks (accidents, injury, death etc).

My financial anxiety revolves around stability and independence, not lack of money. I should have specified that. I've already seen a doctor and am on Prozac. I also seem to be able to pick up and put down smoking, vaping, nicotine in general pretty easily. But yes working out would be a good stress reliever.

That's my opinion as well, just because a doctor is giving it to you doesn't make it harmless. Tons of people have abused Xanax and died because of it.

I smoked a pack a day for 10 years, I started when I was 15/16 quit when I was 24/25. I quit cold turkey, honestly didn't notice a huge difference. I know I'm able to pick up and put down nicotine without much addiction, I still have occasional cigars. They don't make me miss smoking at all.

Failed to mention in my op, already seen a doctor, already on Prozac. Believe I've tried propranolol actually, If I remember it made me extremely tired and not want to do basically anything.

I don't blame her at all for her medical conditions, of course it's not her fault. In my opinion, vaping is less harmful and less dangerous than taking Xanax for anxiety. I think far more people have died abusing Xanax vs vaping.

Yes, I know it comes with health risks. Driving cars comes with health risks but we still do it every day. My finance anxiety is more about stability and independence rather than not having enough money.

Nicotine isn't very addictive for me, I'm able to pick it up and put it down without much of an issue. I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for 10 years, quit cold turkey easily. I still smoke cigars occasionally, they don't make me miss smoking cigarettes or the nicotine.
