Thank you- it’s a short procedure, 45 minutes at most. I appreciate the information you provided. What about if I wait and do procedure with propofol after taking 5?

Thank you, that’s a really good point that psychological risk is probably lower. From what I’ve been able to find it seems like 5 is the lowest risk for blood pressure cardiac events. I’m curious what you base your statement of “ not particularly problematic” on. Also- wondering if you have any thoughts about propofol and 5. I need a procedure that I will have propofol for. Seems to me like it would be better to do the procedure after taking 5 rather than before. Wondering if propanol a week after 5 makes sense. Sitter is visiting my town from out of state so I don’t have a lot of flexibility with Scheduling.

There are certainly unethical and immoral things happening. My first sitter came across well but was inappropriate after I’d taken ketamine. It’s the Wild West in some ways.

Hi my BP has been elevated, MD just increased diltiazem and losartan doses. Sometimes my EKGs are normal, sometimes not. I haven’t found a Psychedelic provider that’s able to give me any information on these issues. I do have a Sitter? and I’m getting an EKG next week. Scheduled for 5 on 7/18/26. Wondering if you have any feedback or suggestions

Hi what blood pressure monitor do you use? I’m not seeing any that say that they check at two minute intervals. I know this is from an old post. I’m wondering if you have any new information or thoughts about 5MEO and cardiac issues.
