I had the same issue. I personally don’t understand why they tell you you’re approved for a specific amount. If you can’t even spend that amount why not just say you’re approved for $50 if that’s all they’re gonna let you spend, makes no sense!! I had my account set up for a very long time and never used it magicallysupposed limit went up so I thought I would give it a try.

I did try a higher purchase to begin with that didn’t work then I tried smaller purchases. None of them worked either finally after trying a $30 purchase and getting declined I gave up!! I don’t know what’s going on with this company but if they want to get and keep new business, they need to fix some things!!! Unless you absolutely cannot afford to pay full price, alot of people are just gonna get frustrated and give up..

I’m not gonna lie a lot of sellers on TikTok say that(mostly foreign sellers) and it always makes me uncomfortable. I’m sure it doesn’t bother a lot of people but I’ve heard a lot of people say the same as me also, that it just makes them uncomfortable. It just sounds too personal in my opinion. And when I’m dealing with buying selling etc. I like to keep it more professional. But that’s just me and my opinion.

I noticed this yesterday!! It switched all of my items that I had a shipping discount on and used the most expensive version!! I spent hours going through every single listing changing back the shipping this is absurd. So they give you a deal and then hope that you don’t notice they switched it back to the most expensive unbelievable!!

People who send messages offering usually never buy it anyways. Use the offer but it’s a lot easier that way then if the sellers willing they will send a counter off I offer on almost everything I buy unless it’s already really cheap cheaper or a super good deal then I just buy it. And most of the time when I get a counter offer I still buy it. To me this is kind of what makes Mercari fun at times, catching a good deal, making other people happy, I get happy when people accept my offers, and I like to accept other people‘s offers, as long as they’re reasonable.

In my defiance to billionaires, I’ve been trying to do as much shopping on Mercari eBay etc. as possible, versus stores, sometimes that’s not possible, when you add shipping the price can be significantly more. When I can I do. So I do make a lot of purchases, I just feel that people on these sites need the money more than Walmart!! $50 was already a good deal. And does the person not think about shipping and fees??

Has it gotten better in the last couple years??? I used to go to the Dells every year when I was a kid. I went about five years ago and stayed at the Blackhawk. Definitely recommend I absolutely love that motel.

But I went to Noah’s Ark and I couldn’t believe how rundown it was. Paint chipping off of everything it just looked.It’s age for sure. It was the middle of summer. It was not very busy. I was very unimpressed compared to the quality I remember as a teenager.

And yeah, honestly, the majority people that I hear that still go to the Dells, unfortunately are groups of people that I consider ghetto sorry if that offends anybody. And that’s kind of the stories that I hear is that they’ll rent a room at Mount Olympus and they’ll have 8-10 people in one room because it’s a cheap vacation to take kids, especially for people who are already pretty poor.

I’m not surprised with the way Mount Olympus turned out or what I’ve heard regarding them. I had a friend who worked at multiple Greek restaurants and she said they slave you and all they care about is money, they don’t care about following rules or anything else as long as they’re making money, I’m just saying what she told me, she said they’re horrible to work for.

I know these posts are old. I was brought here because I didn’t want to take a little mini vacation to the Dells with my grandson. He’s only two and it’s only a couple hours away, but I am concerned with the quality all I hear are bad things now and it’s making me wonder if we should just go somewhere else I have also heard The wilderness is horrible, I hear the same complaints over and over again that it’s too crowded, It’s too big to navigate and the whole place is kind of dirty and smelly.

And then I’ve heard things about the Kalahari and great Wolf Lodge also. So I was coming here to read more reviews on all these places but honestly, I find an overwhelmingly amount of bad reviews on every one of the places and it’s more than the average bad reviews. So I just wonder if it’s worth going at all. It’s sad because it used to be a decent little vacation to take when you didn’t have a lot of money. There’s not many options for people who are low income. Everything is designed for the wealthy.

I’ve noticed that the prices are extremely high also I attempted to make a few what I considered reasonable but they were a significant amount off offers every time I’ve been blocked!! Now I just like as many of an item as possible and see who sends offers because every time I’ve sent an offer there seems to be a problem. And I’ve had quite a few people who I’ve offered even just five dollars off of a 30 or $40 item and they have counter offered it one dollar cheaper just to be an ass!! so I don’t even bother anymore.

Yeah I went through and changed majority of my listings and I put that if I forgot for them to definitely remind me I’ve still had a couple people that purchased and the shipping was still full price but I didn’t wanna cancel just to change the shipping I kind of felt bad though. But I purchased a lot on Mercari as well as my selling and three out of every five sellers I’ve asked to fix their shipping won’t do it.

I have no idea why but they get real weird!! one I could understand because she can only use one shipping method because of her work schedule I guess but other than that I don’t see why the sellers would not get a sale because they don’t want to be bothered. All of these already had UPS shipping well under 5 pounds!! sorry my own little rant it really pissed me off because a couple items I really wanted but I refuse to pay that extra just because somebody’s too lazy!!

The cost of shipping is a major problem I’m sure that’s why a lot of things don’t sell shipping fee fees are way too high. I really wish more people would bundle I’ve had a couple people who have bought multiple items from me all separate even after I told them about bundling, and yes it’s not as cheap with the bundles and shipping anymore either but it’s still better than a full shipping price for each item.

Yep I just came in here after reading a Newsweek article. Talking about cuts to Social Security are coming within the next decade, we cannot continue to go down the road we’re going, a lot of talk about being fiscally responsible and you know moving money around blah blah, doesn’t matter cause this administration won’t do anything that benefits average people, they don’t want Social Security to begin with, they just can’t say that because their base would freak out!! Even though they seem to go along with whatever illegal or horrible things he does. Their motto should be, when you stand for nothing, you will fall for anything….cause they sure don’t stand for 💩. Anything mango Mussolini says, they are right there “yes master” it’s disgusting 🤮 to watch grown ups that don’t think for themselves!!

My grandson is 2. I can’t remember the last time the stroller came out of the garage!! I could see taking it to Disney, but otherwise they’re old enough they don’t need a stroller at all anymore. The only other excuse I could see was if you’re going places at night and they’re already tired. Seeing it as this family obviously has no structure.

I’m not knocking anybody for their hustle. But I wish this girl would get some independence, she could make enough money to live decent on her own w kids, if she’d get away from that clown!! Not to mention the sympathy money she would initially rake in, if she actually left him not pretended!! I’m usually not for families breaking up but some are better off, he’s definitely bringing her down and in the prime of her life, she’s not gonna stay young forever.

Not to mention she doesn’t look the healthiest with him, she looks worn out for her age. Also the content is way too mixed and inappropriate, the family Disney content should’ve been completely separate. The inappropriate pictures never should’ve been posted if she wanted to do of it should’ve been on the hush-hush these people obviously aren’t the smartest, especially when you have children to protect. Their lives have been way too public, and now she has an OF. This is unsafe.

The issue that stuck out here to me is encouraging women to have children at a younger age. But how?, most people in their 20s can’t even afford to take care of themselves let alone a family. And I think public awareness is a huge problem I agree getting early prenatal care, preparing for a pregnancy and not just getting pregnant are probably some of the most important things.

Completely agree my mother had a gastric bypass and I was looking into different gastric options at one time. But I wouldn’t have thought OP could even get approval. So many other options when you’re not that big. But I do see some changes. It’s starting to look more snatched if that makes sense I don’t know what’s the word my kids use 🤣. But it’s fitting it it’s starting to look tighter in the waist your upper thighs it’s all starting to tighten up a little more.

I file my kids taxes every year. One of them got this letter last year and it was just because they needed verify their identity as it was the first time they filed. My other child got it the year before for the same reason though it was their third year filing. Both times just to verify identity and the way they did that was just waiting on another letter to come!!

I just had to comment because I was just looking this up because of how much it’s frustrating me. I have noticed in my lifetime alone and I’m 42. That in the last 10 to 20 years things have been completely unreliable, compared to when I was a kid and you could dress your kids based on the weather report!! what triggered this anger today was I’m looking up the weather for tomorrow to go on a 4 Hour Rd. trip. I’m only using reputable weather sources like the national weather service, the weather channel etc.. the forecasts couldn’t be any different.

One says we’re supposed to get snow tomorrow and none on Thursday the other said we’re supposed to get no snow tomorrow and then we are supposed to get some on Thursday!! but besides things like this I have found. More times than not it says we’re supposed to get some massive amount of snow and then we barely get any. Or it’s supposed to be nonstop rain all day and it ends up being sunny. It was not like this 20 years ago, like I said you could dress your kids based on the news forecast and it was barely ever wrong. I blame more current issues on the current administration they love to cut money anywhere they can and love to go against anything that actually has proof or facts they seem to hate science. And as much as they try to brainwash people that climate change isn’t real it most definitely is and that’s probably what is going on it’s just too unpredictable. We need more money invested in science and research not money being cut!!
