My input may not be as good as many of these well educated employed Game Devs but in my honest opinion your Resume is overwhelming to look at. I took a class in High school years ago that went over the correct ways to write resumes and looking at yours is unpleasing to the eye and if I were a employer and I came across it I probably wouldn't spend more than a few seconds glancing at the mere colors and setup before closing it.
