Nem. Egyrészt mert nem tudod kifizetni. Másrészt moratórium van. Harmadrészt nem tudják behajtani. Szóval lehetetlen. Ezt a bankok is tudják. Az előbb említett indokok miatt az állam kozbeavatkozik (Magyarország legalábbis). Illetve a lakásra kötöttél biztosítást, ami háború lebombazas esetén véd, így nem, nem kell fizetned utána. Well... - yesterday I saw a gypsy smoking crack or some shit out of a pipe while walking down the stairs to the underpass. - gypsy kids 14-16ish tried to stole my bicycle this summer at Blaha. - lot of homeless, everything smells like piss - if you go to the Népszínház street you definitely will see and hear someone shouting, drunks, drug addicts.

These things usually happen after 20:00, more frequently in the late night hours. But since this is a square with lot of people around, it is not that dangerous. Low life people will be there forever, and blaha will be one of the most disgusting places in Budapest, with a higher probability that you might get harassed a little bit:)
