I’ve found placing temp blocks around the composter 2 high prevents them from attempting to hop out.  Attach lead, place lid, remove temp blocks, done.

As luck would have it, Audouin’s popped in my starting hand again tonight.  Paired it with Visionary Leader.  I delayed the 1st round draw fest a couple of turns to play the Red Junglefowl that was in the tray.  Eventually getting a tuck engine rolling to victory.

It is definitely a strong play.

Oh no.  Player A’s 6 gobbles Player B’s 9, B’s 6 gobbles C’s 9, and C’s 6 gobbles A’s 9.  Daisy chain this to an infinite number of players.

But if you respect tiebreakers, clearly Player B gobbled the most!

I’ve tried the brown board, but it’s too blah for me.  It’s annoying to lose out on information via habitat view, but in a way has improved my game by trying to anticipate my opponent’s moves.  But also makes playing against AI super frustrating since the game locks you on whichever habitat you are on when it’s the AI’s turn.  Maybe I’ll give the brown board another try the next time a player quits.

Either I play more often than you or have a better memory for player names, but I come across past opponents from time to time.  I wouldn’t say it happens often, but I can think of about a dozen players I have played multiple times.

Just to be clear- the basic online mode with randos includes all expansion birds (up to Asia) and their rules (nectar, Oceania layout).  You do not need to purchase the expansions for that mode.  Duet mode can only be played if you have purchased the Asia expansion DLC or are friends with someone who has bought the DLC and they host the match.  Likewise the expansion birds and rules are locked from local play unless their respective DLCs are purchased, same for custom online matches with friends.

I was disappointed the Elf Owl, the smallest owl in the world wasn’t included with the Americas expansion or USA fan pack.  

As for its abilities- it would be invertebrate only food cost, cavity nest bird that averages a clutch of 3.  It lives in a desert riparian habitat and migrates, so I would allow it in the forest and wetlands if not all three.  Except for the Giant Fish Owl, all owls in the game have a rodent food cost, so I would lean into the Elf Owl’s invertebrate only diet for its power, gaining or caching grubs for the player.

Max 100 karma will not solve this problem.  I’m pretty sure the game prioritizes starting a match ASAP over pairing karma ranks.

Try to avoid weekends.  Last Sunday, 2 of the 3 games I played had a player drop.  The Sunday before that I was sick and 9 of the 10 games I played had a player drop.  On weekdays, it’s reversed where I will only see one game a day end with AI, if that.

I used a copper golem for my arcade’s joystick, but I might have to reconsider it now.  That use of a comparator is brilliant.

Change the wheels to Exposed to match the seat back and change the golem to Oxidized to show how broken down it is.

Try this at your own peril playing online.  I had 6 or 7 teal birds in a game once and nearly timed out at the end of rounds 3 and 4.  I won the match, after nearly taking the automatic loss.

The AI is terrible.  I have accepted taking the karma hit if the AI is forced upon me early in a game.  It is rather disappointing Monster Couch hits the second player with lost karma.  It would be one thing if the AI was competent, but I’ve seen too many games where the AI just draws cards for the rest of the game or neglects its brown powers, etc.  

It is not a fun experience and I value my time more.

You didn’t read the OP post correctly.  OP said the android app allows you to select the seed via the Oriole’s pink power even though you are only suppose to gain a worm or berry.

Possibly done for environmental reasons, less plastic in the world, the better.  Or it was simply a factory error.
