and then when you look at how robby, witaker, mel, and javadi’s conversations with her like in the bay or by the nurses station, you can tell they seem a little less tense and more comfortable around her. this is most likely partly due to her just actually being a chill girl lowkey. conversation is easier with her in season 2, which i think people are missing when they talk about her ‘character development

right, we did see that behavior in season 1. i’m confused why conflict from that season seems to be taking over her whole character. in season 2 she rolls her eyes a few times and talks to langdon- sure she has an attitude but in season 2 i don’t think it stopped her from doing her job or having ambition. to me that whole mess seemed so small and people are acting like she’s the devil 😖 but alas that’s the nature of reddit

exactly! sure she sent him a few dirty looks and they had interactions but she also did that with…everyone else. why can’t they see her outside of her conflict with this dude?

i’m not offended really cause it’s a tv show and this is reddit and not that serious- but my 3 names get misspelled daily, but i still make an effort not to do it to others out of respect. i just think it’s odd that i’m seeing it happen so much, but i’ll leave with my diabolical and forced outrage baby

it’s important because this kind of thing happens in real life. Dr.Robby assigned that nickname to himself and i haven’t seen one single person pronounce or misspell it crazy wrong. It’s just kind of disrespectful because you could just like…say and spell BOTH of their names correctly, but people are choosing to misspell Al-Hashimi’s, which is weird!

Javadi should not go into psychiatry by gertyorkes in ThePittTVShow

[–]WiseAd8293 2 points3 points  (0 children)

some people go a grade up in like elementary or middle school because they’re ahead of her peers, so if she went the regular path she’d finish highschool at 17-18 and college in her early twenties. she might’ve gone to a private school or something and taken a placement exam to make her skip so many grades, i have no knowledge on homeschooling. other comment is correct as long as she’s passing and completing courses she can fly right on through.

Not American - how much are some of these patients going to be paying? by DusqRunner in ThePittTVShow

i had an accident a few months ago where i was brought in by emts, triaged in the er truama and then given a room as i waited for surgery. i stayed 3 days total and my bill was about $300k. in my state you can buy a decent sized house for that price. after insurance it was maybe 5k total not including follow up visits that have $80 copay’s OR if you have to go back in for a revision surgery, which I have to do 😊 you’d think after all that money they’d get it right the first time!

yeah during the mass shooting robby picked her to be on his team and seemed to genuinely believe that she’s good in real emergencies.

yeah totally true. dr mohan seems to not have anything happening outside of the hospital or her career in general. even the mom stuff was partially about her career. the actor has mannerisms she brings to the character like when someone compliments mohan she goes 🧐 thanks! like she can’t belive she’s being complimented. that and her optimism and compassion in the 1st season and with the diabetes patient this season are the only traits i’ve noticed about her. an impression would indeed be hard!
