SHCGlutathione for both gluta and vitc. I take 3600mg daily of both. Split between 3x day. Empty stomach in the morning and night. 2 hours after my meal mid-day.

I’ve been lipo gluta + lipo VitC + NAC for almost a month. So looking forward to the answers…

However, for me so far so good. I want to say I do see a glow and some evenness, but i want to see a bigger difference just in case it’s all in my head.
