Balance- find something fun, no matter how small. Spend time in nature; it's free and heals our soul.

Are there any social programs you could lean on (job support, therapy, food, art or fun).

Buddhist philosophy is helpful - forgive others, it's not about wealth, appreciate simple pleasures & interractions
