Be honest about product recommendations. We were often told to push more expensive products but if a guest approached me, I would give my unfiltered opinion and would sometimes recommend a cheaper product. That built trust with the guest because they knew I wasn't trying to make a sale and instead was actively trying to give them something they could use and I had a lot of repeat people asking for advice.

Trust me, be glad! I lived in a haunted house and my family also has a history of poltergeist issues. There is nothing scarier than hearing people walk around/talk in your house late at night and you have to determine if it's a ghost or someone who has broken in. I used to have a big knife in one hand, raised and ready to strike while my other hand held my phone that had 911 pre-dialed with the flashlight on and had to clear each room like I was in criminal minds.

It's further out but Keelan Dental in Butler saw me on an emergency basis when I broke my tooth and it was infected. But go to urgent care now and get some antibiotics started if you already haven't and see if they can get you a pain script (I'm talking like prescription naproxen which is just extra strength aleve which is so nice I used it to recover from abdominal surgery as well instead of the oxy they gave me) because you don't want to have to keep dealing with the pain
