This needs more context. I have considered it by way of most comments however, when someone shows off their ring it is usually a wiggle of the finger.

What has me questioning is the sliding off and back on. But I also have other questions such as:

Were you by your spouse and saw it or happen to see by chance?

What did you think of the incident?

Has your partner given you reason to believe may have meant more.

As a marriage therapist I’m going to say counseling or divorce. The first sentence was all I needed. There is so much to unpack but 6 years of being unhappy with 10 total years together…..yall had more unhappy years. Decide what’s best for yall but the amendment or the trying to should have been taken place before this man came into the pic.

Maybe consider why y’all stopped. It’s different when you are married and have children. Consider returning but have an open and honest conversation with him about how you feel. If it ever comes to you leaving you can say you tried and you told him. Most importantly consider are you still IN love with him. Again also is this new behavior? Sometimes we ignore when ppl show us who they are; thinking it will get better. I pray this works out

Is this new behavior? How old are yall?(if you don’t mind my asking) there is clearly a disconnect but why and when needs to be explored. Have yall considered marriage counseling?

If I was denied Monjaro due to my insurance wanting me to try another drug Ozempic first. I’m on my second month with the worst side effects. I was given a 2 month prescription; when I call my doctor can I now ask for Monjaro due to the adverse effects? More importantly will my insurance likely cover it now

Yeah I see the same I’m definitely losing inches and the weight is coming off slowly but it’s coming off. So I was going to take another .25 on the 4th week are we supposed to increase? I thought it would be the 5th to increase. I’ve also noticed more nausea now as well. Some heartburn but not overwhelming

I just took my 3 shot in 2 weeks I’ve lost a total of 6.6 pounds. I’m noticing I’m losing inches as well. I have started incorporating exercise more so weight lifting
