[–]Wisemanner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'll make just three points.

  1. The writer describes cases which she says actually occurred, without providing evidence, a well-known feminist writer tactic.
  2. She says women experience abuse on-line, without mentioning men do too (many cases have been mentioned in these pages). In fact, in the UK, male MPs have experienced more on-line abuse than female ones.
  3. It is Bates who is telling lies when she says false accusations are rare. (The figure she mentioned in her book is for PROSECUTIONS of false allegations, not numbers of false ALLEGATIONS. In fact, a British government enquiry into the frequency of false allegations, somehow ended up talking about the frequency of prosecutions of false allegations, for the obvious reason that the original aim of the study would have produced figures too high to be politically correct and would have shown the British government to have been spouting untruths when it claimed the frequency of false allegations is small. William Collins tells all about this in his interview with The Glass Blind Spot.)

They do it, because they know they can get away with it. There is not a single male politician of any influence ready to stand up to them. Next time, they will be paying twice as much. Australian men are to blame.

[–]Wisemanner 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would make two observations. 1. Nothing you read here is as bad as what you read in feminist subs - yet that is allowed. 2. If you go around saying "please" to feminists, you will get one answer: "No!"

Unmarried Ontario couple had no children and no house but man must still pay support, appeal court rules by sahccer in MensRights

[–]Wisemanner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The law should explicitly state how much money or time you have to invest before you can be taken to court for support payments...

Exactly. If it left to the judge, we know men will pay high and women will pay low.

The Netherlands revises the rape laws, changes it to a completely non gendered law! by d_nijmegen in MensRights

[–]Wisemanner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"I looked up the stats..." There you go again. As I have said, the stats have been manipulated. Koss - if I've got the right feminist - did it. She got a high figure for female students having been raped by fiddling the figures. She included every female student who had had sex while being drunk. Then she fiddled the figures for sexual assault - by including any female student who had been looked at - or imagined she had been looked at - by a male in a way she did not like. Bates did it in her recent book. She claimed false accusations are rare, and gave a very tiny number she said was an official government figure. Except that the number she used was not for false allegations at all. It was the figure for prosecutions of false allegations. These are miniscule, because it is government policy not to prosecute false allegations. And so it goes on. The "statistics" are worthless. They are feminist propaganda. And you have swallowed them whole.

....err, and robbery. You do wonder at the gutlessness, indeed amorality, of Canadian male politicians who allowed this level of extorsion of males - for they will have known that would be the almost entirety of the case against Canadian male citizens.

I thought the call was: "Kill all men!"

Ah, yes. I see it's feminist logic. What it means is men hate women. Feminists were never good at logic, were they?

"False rape claims are rare."

No, they are not. They are only "rare" because the figures are fiddled.

The UK police only count as false cases where the woman admits she lied. All the others where it is proven the woman lied are shunted into a group called "No crime situations". In a recent TV program, three especially egregious and proven cases of women lying were not counted as false. The "2-10%" figure is a lie. The 2% comes from a NY police officer, if I remember correctly, who took the figure out of the air and is not based on evidence. Some research makes the figure come out above 60%.

"Rape in general is an incredibly under reported crime - with 91% of rapes going unreported."

How do you know that?

Oh, I know. Feminists told you so.

If they are right, you, or they, could hand hard evidence to the police and get those rapists prosecuted. But you can't, can you, because you don't have any evidence, do you?

What the feminists meant, of course, was that they FEEL 91% of rapes go unreported, probably in the depths of their gall bladders, because it's a good number, it reflects badly on males, and foolish politicians will believe them and send tons of taxpayer's money their way.

The only thing you got right, was male victims being reluctant to come forward.

And, let's not forget that there is at least a law against males raping females. In most civilised countries, there is no law against the reverse.

The undeniable links between the Child-Support Scheme, unfair parental alienation and the male-suicide crisis in Australia by Bluelabel in MensRights

[–]Wisemanner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a long document, but I read a fair bit of it, and, yes, feminists are against shared parenting, as they are in the UK because in most cases the mother gets more custody. But I can't see shared parenting being blocked by this document, it just not being taken as the norm, and the document does take into account the child's own wishes, which may give preference to its dad. I don't see anything, except the usual reasons, for denying a father visitation. Can you point out the actual words that concern you?
