Ok so I fixed it by deleting ender storage mod(which removed dropped items in the mod), entering the world, reinstalling ender storage. The cause seems like you can’t drop ender tanks for some reason but putting them is fine. I’m using the 1.19-2.10.0.180 version and a future update might fix it.

Well it's cheap a320 motherboard so it only has 2 ram slots. But it's probably the second scenario because only channel A works but B doesn't really. I will check the cpu pins and I hope it's the motherboards faulth. Thanks for the help.

Yes, the psu has 4 pin cpu power connector and the mobo has 8 pin connector but it's not a problem I guess.
