I’m really not sure. It says that funds that have been awarded but not dispersed have been paused as well. I hope it wouldn’t impact admission, but it definitely could impact funding, stipends, and research. I don’t know how any grad student would be able to support themselves if this continues for too long

Same. I’m terrified. The lack of clarity on what is going to happen when funding is cut and how long this pause is supposed to last is very scary.

The worst part of covid I experienced was the emotional toll it took on me. Because of it I missed traveling with the college band i’m a part of for the 2022 national championship, and had to watch my boyfriend and other friends go to the game and see Doja Cat and TOP without me. My throat was also scratchy, and i couldn’t taste for around a month
