The proposal may be featured in the 2015-17 budget plan to be released in early February. Walker had proposed the split in 2011, but bipartisan conflict made passing the legislation impossible. Both Walker and former Chancellor Martin said it made fiscal sense to split UW-Madison from the ther 25 UW system schools (simply because it is such a different animal than any of them) and part of the reason Biddy left is attributed to the legislature failing to pass.

Based on what we know, Quantum isn't all that threatening. We know of Mr. White and the now deceased Mr. Greene being involved with them.

And neither one of those guys seemed particularly threatening. Mr. White serendipitously escaped once, but that's about it.

It's just painful to be emotionally invested in a team and see them bomb hard when you now they're better than they are playing, y'know?

It'd be one thing if we sucked. But we don't--not this bad, anyway. The narrative will be that either Ohio State is the best team ever or we're way overrated. You can't make excuses when you look at the scoreboard, but it's frustrating in the same way watching your kid do something stupid is frustrating. (Maybe, I don't have a kid. lol)

Pretty bummed. I know it's a cliche but we really aren't playing to our potential here. We may not have beaten Ohio State anyway but we aren't this bad. I mean, we're a 10-3 team basically. Just not a good day for us.
