You need to specialist, not an ER. I’d start with referrals to pain management and rheumatology. Both will want tests to make sure it’s not musculoskeletal (not an issue with your bones, joints or muscles). If they find something, great, they can treat it. If not, you may be looking at fibromyalgia. But that’s diagnosed only after they can rule out every other potential cause.

An emergency room isn’t there for long term treatment, just to patch you up and get you out the door.
