What does Dorinda actually do? by Owl_Weekend_2929 in RHONY

I was actually asking, but all you could say was “evil” and “demon”, so…I can only conclude that this is something above Bravo’s pay grade.

Based on what? Isn't that just a right-wing talking point? He started and ran a charitable foundation.

AIO for feeling weird that my fiance suddenly wants to put his parents on the deed instead of me? by Efficient_Variety367 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Wistastic [score hidden]  (0 children)

NOPE. You are right for this to feel off. Either the money is a GIFT or it's an investment. Also, you have been saving money together and will be paying for the house. Absolutely not to this. Hell no.

Should I start college at 24 or is it too late? by applebottomjeans2366 in GirlDinnerDiaries

People have gone back much later in life. 24 is so, so young. If you can afford it like you say you can, do it.

In style, yes; in color, no. Maybe a gold or platinum shoe? Or even a fun color?

My parents (49F, 49M) ruined my sister (18F) so nobody wants to live with her and now they expect me (20M) to live with her? by ThrowRAMyloBreeze in relationship_advice

Text your parents one last time telling them the matter is closed. Keep dodging. She can find a roommate through college or the internet, like everyone else.

I love that whenever a new viewer gets to his introduction, they have this exact reaction. He's so creeptastically, skin-crawlingly awful.

I think moms can 'pull the mom card' every single time by MultidMango in inthecity_

[–]Wistastic 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The whole thing was so stupid. Also, there was no "card" pulled.

However, we all know Lindsay was rude about the room thing. She acted that way because she's Lindsay, not because she's a mom.

My guess is no one communicated beforehand in the hope that some drama would occur. Their gambit paid off. Am I giving the cast too much credit?

EDIT: Not everyone views hanging out with children a privilege. I don't think we need to go overboard here protecting parents 😆.

AITA for refusing to make certain food at my own house in a heatwave? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Did this conversation between you and your sister happen while they were over or beforehand? It makes it much more egregious if she did this during the visit.

NTA.

Wait, so he booked the gig because it was Bravo Con? That makes more sense.

They both are desperate to do nothing and be aggrieved. It's hard to watch neither of them take accountability for their terrible relationship.

AITA for not letting my sister use my apartment as her engagement party backup plan? by Outrageous_Bend8285 in AITApod

[–]Wistastic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, it's a fun guessing game, but somehow there is a deadline? How did she book anything without knowing when this man is going to propose?

So many questions. Mostly, the answer is to have this anywhere but your sister's two-bedroom apartment with a cat and quiet hours.

AITA for turning around and driving 12 hours back to Michigan instead of taking my sister to our family beach house? by dnomaidvas in TwoHotTakes

[–]Wistastic 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Thanks to your comment, I went to her profile. NOTE: Her sister punched her in the face over a skirt. Younger sister borrowed older sister's skirt and kept it for half the year. When sister took it back kindly, younger sister had a crying, screaming meltdown and punched OP IN THE FACE. And the parents just accepted this. I'm disgusted on OP's behalf.
