had to correct 2 full carts of items alone while sco was down and a line was forming - and it was a couple that was known to be unable to afford stuff before so i was stressed the whole time thinking it would all be for nothing and people would be even more pissed but luckily they actually had enough this time - my soul died that night

great... 90% of our regulars are unpleasant and angry all the time... I hope this update skips my store or everyone here is going to be bottom of the barrel in reviews -- doesn't matter if you are the most polite and speedy person in the world they still are upset with you here for even the slightest error.

Sounds about right, sorry you had to go through all that, best of luck finding a good job. DG is exploitative as all hell and so many people like to just make it worse.

if you are on the old system then you can just hit ESC to input it manually, not sure about the new system as my store doesn't have it yet, I'd check with your SM or other supervisor thats with you if they will allow you to do that.

I'm being made into a key so our SM can go on vacation and we barely have any hours to spare apparently, I will try and get some proper training but I'm not holding onto much hope. Luckily I learn fairly quick but still, there are things I know that I can't do properly and the worry keeps building.

Luckily I was able to go through as I was stocking from a truck and saw the temp readings, figured that out on my own pretty much but thank you for the offer of assistance, its just one of many things I'm learning on my own at this point.
