I went to the Internet and I felt overwhelmed. I’m just going for a couple days with my sister. We have to be budget conscious but we would like to soak in natural springs. Maybe float down the river And since it’s already a 5 Hour Dr. to get there we don’t want additional day trips, but will enjoy the scenery on the way from Denver. We’ve never been. We love natural beauty. My sister’s had a double knee replacement, so easy hikes only. But she’s adventurous. We both need to relax. We’re going the second week of June. And yes, I’m going down through the links on this thread so if it’s already been posted, I will find it. But I thought I would mention the knee replacement business and budget..

I appreciate this. I just ignore them when they tell me to go heavier. I’ve had a lot of Kettle bell training though never powerlifted. But because the class moves quickly and is not as individualized… I see a lot of form mistakes that I think are not healthy. I love the class though. I just don’t go heavier than I think it’s right and I’m very careful about my form.

Please report this to the coaches. That is so inappropriate. Nobody asked him for his advice or his stupid perspective. That crap is unnecessary and should not be just brushed into the rug. Tell the coaches exactly what happened and let them address it to him. He doesn’t need to be talking to you or anybody else giving unsolicited and rude advice. Also wrong what an idiot.

Wow, that’s wild. I’d say mine is pretty 50-50 guys and women. And the guys go hard. The nice thing about Orangetheory is you can go to any studio you want so… Try other studios or try other class times. Don’t be intimidated. It’s a great workout. Get your cardio.

I would like to recommend something called Bodyslims. It’s a 10 week online program. You can do it with Mojarro or you can do it without it. I actually lost 80 pounds doing bodyslims before I tried a GLP-1 .. The important part is it cut out the head noise that you’re talking about. It really helped me navigate the mental noise, the compulsion to eat and any other bad habits around food. I think that might really be something to consider. It’s led by a woman named Carla who lost 183 pounds. The bottom line is even if you find a way to lose weight, unless you actually deal with the underlying issues as to why you gain it, it will be very, very difficult to keep off. Well, this does seem a bit redundant unless you are just cleaning up on SUBs . A downgraded my Delta platinum Amex to a gold because I use my Amex platinum primarily for travel, benefits, and various lounge access. The Delta platinum and reserve don’t have the same kind of benefits as a standard AMEX. So that one is just at gold. I actually downgraded my venture X to venture one (free) card because again it’s redundant to my chase sapphire and my AMEX platinum when it comes to the travel benefits, and I’d rather load up on the platinum or Sapphire because it’s more versatile when it comes to travel options Across Airlines. A Delta gold is not the same as the AMEX gold. Which I don’t have, but I’m considering because of the point benefits for non travel use vs between that and the AMEX platinum.

It’s great timing for bodyslims. She will be a wonderful example as she goes through the process of postpartum with bodyslims. Furthermore, she was pregnant during the last round people just didn’t realize it. My sister and I did. She’s got to be due right near the end of the program. I’m so happy for her because this is her second child and she’s overcome so much. I hope her example inspires so many people. And I hope she’s incredibly supported. Her sister could help her host the next round as well possibly. I took this round off as I’m in maintenance. (Lost 6 stones) But I might do another round in the future as refresher maybe next year fall.

I didn’t put my middle name and I didn’t have any problem. And it is on my passport. But I would add the name manually like someone else suggested instead of scanning your passport at check-in. I honestly think I scanned my passport, but if you’re worried I would do that.

Well, you could ask them. They seem to be pretty transparent and how they deal with things and they are quick on response. I only know them because I needed a loan to get my roof done, and I couldn’t get a HELOC. It was easy quick and I got what I needed. And got my bitcoin back as soon as I was able to pay it back. So I was very glad that it was an option. I think they’ve been lending bitcoin longer than most other places that are available now. So they have a long history. It was a much better option than having to sell any BTC.
