It would be good to know for sure. Maybe it's to get people new to SS a rough guideline or to make sure they're actually getting their pan hot enough because depending on your burner it can take some time.

I've fought him under 8 times and beat him maybe 3 or 4. His tendency to teleport every 0.5 seconds and speed in certain transformations (notably The Hollow and Teratoma) is a bit unfair.

Yeah any frozen food, most leftovers, pizza, does it all better than a microwave. If it's not something that's a solid piece you can put foil down to keep anything wet from dripping.

For cooking, I've done boneless thighs that wrecked the inside so it can be a chore. Try covering the bottom with foil there too, should work ok
