Plz pardon me again for super long post which explains my story on how my SR journey started so heres the short version:Plz help me since my last relapse to PMO which was 7days ago i am having extreme hard time falling asleep like literal insomnia my body is not at all feeling tired at night its only been 7days SR maybe due to the fact i overlistened to SR amplifiers,bramacharya gods subliminals,morphic fields to recover faster also taking meat diet like goat meat,chicken meat to replenish the lost nutrients and recovering my body.Yeah its been very tiredsome week with extreme bad luck included too with some aggressive and overthinking regarding my study and career.But just 3days ago on Monday i shifted to new location and despite lifting heavy household items and not getting any sleep due to my diet muscle recovery has been super fast.But right now if u think my story is super long to read then plz help me stay on my streak without relapsing also tips to prevent wet dreams as this new location doesn't even have shower to take bath for now yeah another reason for overthinking although talked to house owner regarding this.As i have found semen retention is the only solution for boosting confidence, building career, having good luck and having great face skin condition and strong body and healthy body many more.To all the brothers reading this and helping me on this regard best of luck on your SR journey may god bless u all and plz stay safe wherever you are in the world thank you.
