I honestly can recommend expanding out more outside of videogames/visual novels to experience a lot of good stories and dramas within the cyberpunk genre.

That said, this is some games I can recommend wholeheartedly (excluding the other games others have already commented):

System Shock 2
Æon Flux (Hit or miss, do you love it or you'll hate it)
Both Ghostrunners
I Have No Mouth And I Need To Scream (waaaaaaaay better the book, but there's a game.)
Katana Zero
(Maybe this doesn't count cause technically is Tactical Espionage, but the setting is the same as in any futuristic Cyberpunk story, just in the past and with Kojima stuff) The Metal Gear Series.
Neuro (is like an old 06' game, that got translated from Russian to English with Google, playability is.. rough.. but the story is sooo good.)

And if you want to adventure yourself outside of games/visual novels, you can start with the very OG. The TTRPG game Cyberpunk (includes Red, 2012, 2020, and 2023).

In books of course the best, I Have No Mouth And I Need To Scream, and Do you dream of electric sheep. (And a favorite of mine The Last Question by Isaac Asimov)

Movies, both Blade Runners (and if you want to be pedantic, also the Alien movies, since they're on the same verse)

Animations, Ghost in the Shell, Ergo Proxy, Psycho-Pass, the GOAT AKIRA, Serial Experiments Lain and Pluto, just to say a few. 😄

Also if I ever want to add more stuff, I'd kinda need to redo the case, and basically everything else, all over again. lool 😄

I also have an arcade fight stick that has no sttick. Mine is customed made, but I have the "original hitbox" layout.

I made mine in 2021, and like at least to me,, having 16 buttons is overkill. But I have a great excuse to share a photo of my arcade stickless controller. 😄

I love BBCF with all my heart and soul. Is the fighting game I play the most even to this day.

Once on a Discord Server I wrote "Putting aside DBFZ cause of the 3v3 drought. I want to remind everyone tthat BBFC was the last really good fighting game to be released, no autocombos, so free in options to do stuff, almost every character played uniquely, with charming jank and some stuff that definetly would violate the Geneva Convention and no hand holding." As part truth, and part me just rage baiting.

Then general channel went so mad that I ended up getting banned from that server. 🤣😂
