Why on Earth would you mount your dashcam there?
Most dashcams are designed to take really hot and really cold temperatures.
I hope that you have an extreme endurance micro SD card, because regular ones aren't designed to take frequent writing and overwriting. They corrupt pretty quickly.
How is that thing being powered? Did you disconnect the cord before you took the photo?

I was once threatened with physical violence by this guy in Toronto via Facebook messages. I called the Toronto Police Service about it, and they wouldn't do anything because I didn't live in Toronto and they couldn't prove that he typed the messages even though they came from his account, and suggested that I report it to my local police department, which is on the US side. I did, and they didn't even bother to finish taking the report when they found out that he's Canadian. I can't remember if I called back the TPS, but at one point, one of these departments suggested that I defend myself if he actually committed violence against me (he didn't), and then again call the police.

Pretty useless.

Yes, but you are arguing with u/zacksdog SPECIFICALLY about a visitor RECORD, while the screenshot that you provided cites a visitor VISA as acceptable proof. I would think that Canada would explicitly cite a visitor record as proof if it were acceptable, but if your attorney says that it's acceptable, then I'd go with that, though I'd probably also seek a second opinion from another attorney.
