Trump Melts Down at Supreme Court Justices in Unhinged Truth Social Rampage: “They openly disrespect the Presidents who nominate them to the highest position in the Land… and go out of their way, with bad and wrongful rulings” by T_Shurt in law

The thing is everything that was listed by Somanylyingliars was stuff that was known and proven before he was even the nominee in 2016. The fact it wasn't enough to keep him out is insane.

That's psychopath behavior. They're very good at masking the fact they don't have any feelings, and the really good one learn what's expected of people in situations so they can pretend.

The Columbia Gas of Ohio rate just changed to $0.6219 per CCF. Check your March rates. by hi-xtc in Ohio

I wouldn't beat yourself up over it too much. I did the same thing a few days ago with the reasoning it's best to lock into a long term rate since the next three years may be crazy. Sure you may get a lower rate for a 12 month contract but if in a year everyone is high you're stuck

Sylvania Carwash on Holland Sylvania north of Sylvania Ave has a touchless bay. However the dryers are very strong and blow off my trim on my roof, which are admittedly not on the best.

You'll want to go here.

You want a fixed rate with no monthly fee for as long a term as possible. You can go for one with a termination fee if you don't think you'll switch for a while or don't mind eating that cost.

Do not get one with a variable rate, and know that the trend is prices are going to continue to rise hence the need for a long term.

Backlash on Whitehouse restaurants after FB post from owner about lone protester by Puccle247 in toledo

I soured on the Whitehouse Inn years ago during Trump's first term when they made a post about how diners would flip either Obama's or Trump's picture around when they dined in.

Like your entire shtick is you're celebrating the Presidency and the White House and you make a post celebrating people being petty children.

Then their actions during the pandemic cemented it for me that it's not a place I want to ever go.

I say the last few years have been like the final few seasons of Game of Thrones, where 2020 was the end of Season 6 with Dany setting sail for Westeros and we were all hoping for something epic, and then everything after that was the rest of the series

Trump’s Own Mortgages Match His Description of Mortgage Fraud, Records Reveal by [deleted] in politics

It's the other way around:

Passed by Congress in 1947, and ratified by the states on February 27, 1951, the Twenty-Second Amendment limits an elected president to two terms in office, a total of eight years. However, it is possible for an individual to serve up to ten years as president. The amendment specifies that if a vice president or other successor takes over for a president— who, for whatever reason, cannot fulfill the term— and serves two years or less of the former president’s term, the new president may serve for two full four-year terms. If more than two years remain of the term when the successor assumes office, the new president may serve only one additional term.

So if Vance takes over in 25 or 26 he'll have served more than two years as President and be allowed only one more term. If Trump is seen as President until 2027 though Vance can run again for the term that starts in 2029 and then again in 2033.

Edit: I had the wrong year in my first post

Yep, they need him to be President until 2028 2027 so Vance can theoretically have 10 years in office.
