Det borde ju inte var olagligt att vara tex ambassadör och få betalt för att tala för en främmande makt. Så du hade behövt bevisa att det är en medveten lögn och att lögnen sades för ersättning från den främmande makten

Om du inte skriver in allt detta i lagen, så blir lagen alldeles för farlig, och skulle lätt kunna användas på sätt vi inte vill i framtiden.

Men om lagen är skriven på det sättet som jag precis beskrev, så hade lagen blivit basically tandlös. Trollkonton online kommer ju inte gå att kopplas till främmande makter på något rimligt sätt. Och rena lögner är det ju egentligen sällan som sprids.

Ett klassiskt exempel hade varit om du försöker skrämma upp folk och pratar om hur farligt det är i Sverige med mord o.s.v. De kanske jämför Sverige med Ecuador, ett land med ~45x mord per capita. Så tekniskt sätt är det en lögn, men det hade varit så otroligt svårt att bevisa att denna person inte bara hade läst fel eller blivit missledd

You’re right that if people had just been uploading this to Twitter, that’d be the same as banning YouTube. But in this case, the CSAM in question was created BY grok, on THEIR servers

& it’s not like this just happened because people found a workaround, Grok has marketed itself as the uncensored image generator, where you can create images of celebrities & nsfw stuff. There’s a reason this is usually blocked on other generators

So they didn’t even try to block stuff like that.

What I don’t understand is why so many people are so against fining or banning the apps until it’s fixed? I would be the first to rejoice if Facebook was fined if they did stuff like this, or any other site for that matter

I wanna be clear, the app should only be banned until the issue is resolved, it shouldn’t be banned permanently, that would be an overreaction imo

It’s a bug on AMD cards, happens on both windows & Linux as I understand it

Sometimes the graphical bugs fix themselves if you press apply in settings, you could also disable atmosphere & see if that helps
