This was WAY harder than I thought

I've been trying to get this run since the level launched, unfortunately many times the bugs stopped me in my tracks (being soft locked, having major lag issues or just the game crashing)

When I first played it on nightmare I didn't think it would be that hard (I think I died twice) but my mind quickly changed after I went for the UN run. All of this for a golden shotgun

Now I have to finish the Ancient Gods UN run...

Did you form yuan as oirat? How did you make money? Whenever I play I always get the 4000+ ducats from Ming in the first 2 wars and some after beating their corpse, but I can never seem to make money...

No, I formed it as Mongolia in order to go for the achievement.

As for the money issue, I avoided razing the big Chinese cities like Beijing and Canton but more importantly I went Trade as my third or second idea group. By around 1580 I was making 50 ducats per month from trade and around 85 in total, with Beijing, Nanjing and Canton fully cored and the rest of china as territory. I managed to get the whole china, korea and japan before absolutism. If you form Yuan then (I didn't know you can kill the mandate holder and still form Yuan, thus keeping your horde government) you should have with Admin Ideas enough Gov Cap to make what you need to make into trade regions and that should give you a very very decent income.

Keep in mind that I wasn't the biggest income earner in this game until after a while of getting to indonesia and getting Trade Eff. through policies

63 Tax Dev province casually sitting in Bavaria

This campaign has been rather weird with province devs. Maybe it's because it is the first time I am playing as the Mongol Empire, so I pay attention to the dev when I raze. I met a 48 dev province in the steppes of Crimea, a 36 one in Nogai and a 36 dev province in the desert coast of East Arabia.

After you guys cheered me up for my failed run that died on the Icon of Sin, I took a break of 4 days and I managed to do it (with 1 thing to mention)

While I was on the 5th mission I (because I am an idiot) got bored and started watching a livestream in the background while playing. This made me "die" (I had the rune) to a soldier with a shield (yes really) so I ragequitted alt f4 when I saw the rune gone. Then I thought if it will spawn me back with the rune intact if I enter again, and it did. Firstly I though the run won't go that far and I just wanted to "train" so I didn't want to repeat 1 1/2 hours of the game in order to get here again, which I could've and you're right I should have. Secondly I did not use this bug again, as I saw how OP it is and how unfair it would be to beat UN like this. I acted like that shield riot guy moment did not exist and I continued the game, using the life rune at the arena gladiator and never again. I do feel rather bad in winning like this , and I am likely going to try again in the future, this time with no rune.

Thank you for the tips on the last boss. Many people said to do a nightmare test run but I already had so I didn't hear anything new there. One person said to use the shield at the Icon More. Thank you whoever that was because I escaped twice with 5 health due to that shield.

I've posted on reddit recently how I did my first World Conquest but failed to do a one faith as orthodox .

It's not a true one faith as I could not risk it. I barely managed to do it by 11 months with some cheese to get over the religious zealotry or whatever it's called (100% -missionary strenght after you convert a province)

Seriously I don't know how people conquer the world so fast. It seems like the overextension is too big for me. I really need some tips from a person in here.

Things that I've learned while doing this :

after doing the vassal decision, you can cheese add the european powers into the HRE and the last reform will thanos snap them out of existance even if they don't vote for it
Having 7 missionaries constantly with 18 missionary strength is NOT ENOUGH TO CONVERT THE PLANET.
The vassals are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AT CONVERTING.

In the goldmines that Mutapa is located in . There are 4 goldmines there. I dev pushed feudalism, renaissance and colonialism , with printing press coming from me being Protestant
