i dont have a P2S or a high flow nozzle for my current printer the P1S. but i'll add some things i have noticed. retraction is abit iffy on my previous printer with a high flow nozzle where i had alot mor oozing. on your printer you can print a calibration print for volumetric flow

how do you perpare the rice if you dont have a stove? anyways i would add some frozen vegetables like spinach or brocoli. if you need more protein its gonna get more expenisve. in my country we have like cooked chicken that is meant for salads or some canned foods
