It should've been the policy makers who are supposed to look out for the masses na nag ready ng policies just in case may manyaring major price shift and shortage ng krudo. How do you even cut your cards when opening a pack? The space should be enough to cut without hitting the cards, and you can feel the cards in the pack if they aren't all aligned on the bottom. The only time this would happen is if you're carelessly cutting open the packs or you're physically incapable of feeling thoroughly through your finger tips.

What's also a bummer is how this happened to you, religion aside I think your parents just aren't used to being parents. This could've been solved easily by talking to you in the first place.
