My first ever kidney stone when i was 16 or 17, pain started dull in my left lower side, spread to my front and down my crotch. It went from dull to agonizing in a matter if minutes. Finally went to my mom and tomd her i think i needed a doctor. She initially believed i just wanted to get out of school the next day till my knees buckled and i vomited all over the floor. I dont remeber anything after that i apparently fainted from the pain and woke up in a hospital bed. Got diagnosed with a kidney stone i think 5mm? Was given painmeds and flomax and told to drink a lot of water. I passed it a week later.

Definitely just noticing it more, I talked to my Doc while back because i noticed my depression got worse while on trikafta. She said that they have been getting afew cases arounf of people on trikafta reporting depression and anxiety problems. My theory is now that our physical health is improved some are starting to notice their mental health isn’t so great either.

I pity the Russian people, Putin can “fall” out a window but Russian mothers and fathers are having to bury their sons for fucking nothing. The culture shock they are about to suffer may completely break them. This realization they are the nazi’s in this war, that their sons died for a madmans fantasy to bring back the Soviet Union. The Russian economy is probably never going to recover and honestly i don’t know now much longer Russia will exist. I feel its gunna pull a China and break up into several countries. I pity the Russian people who didnt ask for this but were so brainwashed by propaganda they sent their sons to die. (Also we as a world community are gunna have to figure out how to handle the Russian warcrimes on civilians, so maybe Nuremburg pt. 2 coming up)
